I completed my Masters-level training in Counseling Psychology on the west coast and have returned to central Indiana to be near family and friends, and to set down roots for my vocation as a Professional Counselor. My counseling focuses on persons with the following needs: Pre-Marital and Couples Counseling, Depression and Anxiety, Chemical Dependency and other Compulsive Behaviors, Men's Sexuality, Stress and Life Transitions, and Adolescents and Families. My approach to counseling can best be described as collaborative; establishing a trusting relationship between Counselor and Client is a very important part of the counseling process, as we will collaborate on strategies for the changes that you desire, whether cognitive, behavioral, emotional, interpersonal and/or Spiritual.
