Are counseling sessions confidential?

Your counselor is either a Licensed Professional with the Indiana Health Professions Bureau or is under the direct supervision of a Licensed Professional. That means your session content is confidential with very few exceptions, most of which have to do with endangerment to oneself or another person. You, as a client, will have to sign a Release of Information Consent Form for us to speak to any other person about your case.

Does insurance pay for counseling sessions?

We are out of network with ALL insurance companies, however, many times your health insurance will cover part of the fees for counseling. If you would like us to verify your out of network benefits before you schedule an appointment, just go to our home page and fill out the "intake form". Once you have submitted the pertinent information, we will do our best to confirm your coverage within 48 hours. Typically health insurance will cover part, but not all of the fees. However, we try never to turn someone away from receiving help because of an inability to pay. We'll do our best to work with you and make it an affordable process.

Since you are a Christian counseling center, will I be judged for what I say?

Absolutely not! We are a group that integrates grace and truth. Our goal is to help you find the path on your own journey that leads to wholeness and holiness. It is the role of the Holy Spirit to convict of sin and He rarely needs our help.

How do I make an appointment?

Give our office a call anytime between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and speak with one of our receptionists, Ruby or Kristen. Or you may speak to our Office Manager, Gayle to schedule an appointment. You'll be asked a few questions to make sure we connect you with the very best counselor for your particular needs. We will work with you to schedule an appointment, as soon as possible, that is convenient for you. Call today (317) 585-1060 and press "0" to speak with Ruby or Kristen; press 26 to speak to Gayle.
