Your counselor is either a Licensed Professional with the Indiana Health Professions Bureau or is under the direct supervision of a Licensed Professional. That means your session content is confidential with very few exceptions, most of which have to do with endangerment to oneself or another person. You, as a client, will have to sign a Release of Information Consent Form for us to speak to any other person about your case. Back to Top Does insurance pay for counseling sessions? Many times your health insurance will cover part of the fees for counseling. If you give Gayle a call (317) 585-1060 at our office and provide the information about your coverage, she should be able to check on your benefits. Typically health insurance will cover part, but not all of the fees. However, we try never to turn someone away from receiving help because of an inability to pay.
